This summer we are going back to Camp Caraway! We had a great time there last year, and we are excited to experience camp there again this year.
There will be a camp interest meeting November 17th, 2024 after the 10:00 A.M. service in the FLC.

We only have 24 Child spots this year, so make sure you sign up early! Registration is Church-Members ONLY until January 1st, when registration goes public.

  • WHEN: July 21-25, 2025
  • WHERE: Camp Caraway is located in Asheboro, NC
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE: The deadline to register for camp is January 1st.
  • DEPOSIT & SPOT REGISTRATION: This year, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $85 due upon registration. Your spot (students and chaperones) will only be held for camp once this amount is paid. This amount is due January 1st.
  • PAYMENT: After the May 1st, any amount paid on top of the $85 deposit is also non-refundable, but may be transferred to another student if they wish to take over your spot. 
    • You are responsible for paying the full amount of the spot(s) you register for, as after this date (May 1st) Caraway charges us for the spot regardless of your attendance.
    • Paying ONLINE: Go to the giving portion of the app/website. Type in your amount, and for the fund choose "OTHER". Then press the "Add a note" button at the bottom, and type your child's name (or yours if paying for a chaperone spot) + Kids Camp. Then press give!
    • Paying by CHECK: Make the check out to Concord Baptist Church and put your child's name (or yours if paying for a chaperone spot) + Kids Camp in the memo line. Turn this into the church office, or the offering plate on Sunday.
    • Paying by CASH: Write your child's name (or yours if paying for a chaperone spot) + Kids Camp on the envelope. Turn this into the church office, or the offering plate on Sunday.
  • FUNDRAISERS & PAYMENT: You can either choose to pay out of your pocket, or through the Golf Tournament Fundraiser. 
  • AGE GROUPS: Children who have completed 1st - 6th grade. Please note that going home is only an option if your child is physically sick, and will not be permitted to go home due to homesickness. Please note that calling, or texting home is not an option during the week of camp at all as well, as this only promotes homesickness during the week. Please make sure your child is prepared to be away from home for the entirety of the week. If you have questions or concerns please ask Haley.
  • CHAPERONES: If you are interested in Chaperoning please send Haley a message. Please note that chaperone spots are also limited, and are not guaranteed just because your child is going to camp.

Waiver

Dear Parents,
Kids camp is a wonderful opportunity for our children to have fun, make new friends, and grow in their faith.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we require a waiver to be signed by all participating families. This waiver helps us outline our responsibilities and your child’s involvement in camp activities. It also ensures that you’re informed about any potential risks and our safety protocols.
Please take a moment to review and sign the attached waiver. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Your child’s safety and enjoyment are one of our top priorities, along with proclaiming Jesus during the week!
